Will your trip be affected by the coronavirus?
We have been in touch with all of our group leaders regarding the risks of travelling in the pandemic. It seems increasingly likely that many trips this year will have to be postponed or cancelled. Most of our pilgrims have been contacted by email or by text message, or have received information from their group leader. If you have not received a message from us, please read the update below.
For trips after the end of June, the airlines have yet to decide on whether they will be offering refunds or postponement vouchers in lieu of booked seats. We ask for your patience until these decisions have been made.
As the date of your proposed trip approaches, we will be in contact with a full update. Please rest assured that we will be acting in your best interest and will do our utmost to find a solution that is acceptable to you.
In consultation with your group leaders, we hope to organise an equivalent trip for similar dates in 2021, with the same itinerary and hotel (or equivalent standard). Your deposit would be fully transferred to the new trip. If you are unable to travel on the new dates, then we hope to be able to make you a refund (depending on the terms of cancellation offered to us by the airline).
